Summary

Join SecurityScorecard's Rev Ops Insights team as a Senior Analyst! Collaborate with go-to-market resources to provide top-tier analytical support and visibility to our SLT and Field Leadership teams. You will extract and compile complex data sets, develop reporting and dashboards, and assist in executive reporting. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with BI tools and CRM systems, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, sales operations, or business analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creative and logical problem-solving skills with an always curious mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ad hoc reporting needs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply to management, colleagues, and external parties
  • Ability to distinguish between business reporting and business analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced/expert-level Excel and intermediate/advanced-level PowerPoint
  • Experience with BI Tools, building complex models with multiple datasets
  • Experience with CRM tools including Salesforce.com and Gainsight

Responsibilities

  • Extract and compile complex data sets from multiple sources into reliable analytics and measurements
  • Develop, maintain, and systematize reporting and dashboards
  • Assist in executive and board level reporting including
  • Ensure regional data architecture and mappings are accurate and consistent
  • Identify gaps and provide recommendations to enhance sales productivity and actionable insights
  • Analyze and report business performance using visualizations, including advanced Excel and Tableau
  • Model and extrapolate trends from incomplete data sets and conduct what-if scenario planning
  • Develop and regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Preferred Qualifications

Tableau experience is strongly preferred
