Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in order management, sales support, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working in a global environment and understanding of cultural nuances
  • Availability to work during West Coast hours (8 am - 5 pm PST)
  • Availability to work extended shifts during peak periods such as month, quarter and year end

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end order management process, from order entry and potentially fulfillment
  • Ensure all orders are processed and booked in full compliance with company guidelines and policies, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance and compensation to ensure seamless order processing and resolution of any issues
  • Analyze order data and performance metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement best practices
  • Act as a primary point of contact for order-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to internal teams
  • Develop and maintain documentation for order management processes and workflows
  • Monitor and resolve any order discrepancies or delays, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members on order management systems and processes
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve order management practices
  • Own the processing of vendor questionnaires and facilitate the completion of security questionnaires
  • Perform Quarterly audits to ensure renewal opportunities are aligned to each booking
  • Assist with the creation of Marketplace Private Offers
  • Coordinate any order refunds, credits, cancellations, etc
  • Support Deal Desk activities as needed, including deal review and approval, optimizing deal structures, and guiding pricing, discounting, and contract terms to drive sales efficiency
