Summary
Join a boutique marketing agency as an experienced paid media specialist to manage monthly ad spend and build a paid media team. You will build campaigns across various platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn), create ads with copywriters and designers, monitor key metrics, and refine campaigns. Responsibilities include creating client reports, conducting keyword research, aligning deliverables with other marketing strategies, and building a team to service professional clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of paid media campaign management experience, handling budgets exceeding $10k monthly, and experience with local, national, and international campaigns. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs and Google/Facebook certifications are also preferred.

Responsibilities
- Build campaigns in Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising platforms
- Assist in and manage the creation of ads by working with copywriters and designers
- Monitor key lead generation metrics and refine campaigns based on what you are seeing
- Assist in the creation and presentation of reports to client stakeholders
- Perform research on keywords and other items related to clientsโ broader marketing strategies
- Align deliverables with other campaigns (SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, & CRO strategies)
- Build out a paid media team servicing attorneys, accountants, and other professionals
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.)
- Facebook certifications
- Ability to identify opportunities for enhancing processes and contribute to the agencyโs knowledge base
