Join Influ2, a B2B advertising company, as a Senior Paid Media Manager to scale pipeline through multi-channel paid programs. You will own strategy and execution, focusing on the entire buyer journey and qualified pipeline generation. Responsibilities include managing paid acquisition across various channels (LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Capterra, Reddit, Meta, YouTube), building full-funnel programs, and constantly experimenting to optimize results. You will track performance using key metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insightful reports. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of B2B paid media experience, expertise in LinkedIn and Google Ads, and a strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running high-performing paid media programs in B2B, ideally for SaaS companies
- Deep experience with LinkedIn and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with Bing, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and Capterra
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to build programs that influence it
- Confidence using Looker or other BI tools
- Analytical, but not robotic. You use data to make decisions, but you also know how to trust your gut
- You are creative, curious, and quick to try new things
- Comfortable working independently and making things happen
- Upper-Intermediate English is required
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition across all key channels: LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Capterra, Reddit, Meta, and YouTube
- Build full-funnel programs that attract, nurture, and convert the right buyers. Think beyond leads and focus on qualified pipeline
- Experiment constantly. Test to see what drives results, then scale what works
- Track performance. Live in the numbers: CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline contribution. And know what to do when something isnβt working
- Collaborate across the team. Work closely with content, design, product marketing, and sales to make sure campaigns land the right message
- Bring clarity. Not just reports, real insights. We want someone who can connect the dots and make smart decisions based on what the data says (and doesnβt say)

Experience with SQL would be helpful
