Summary

Join Envato as a Senior Paid Media Manager and lead the development and execution of global paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand awareness, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Business with a focus on Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience managing complex paid media campaigns across social (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok), YouTube, display, and programmatic platforms, with a proven track record of driving results throughout the entire purchase funnel
  • Certification and hands-on expertise across social platforms (Meta, Pinterest) Google Ads (Display, Video), DV360, and other Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). Strong understanding of ad serving technologies, attribution models, measurement solutions, and the programmatic ecosystem. Experience with other platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads) is highly desirable
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate them into strategies and action. Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) and experience with programmatic reporting and analytics are a significant advantage
  • Demonstrable experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing paid media teams, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented, and growth-focused team culture
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (including brand and design) to efficiently deliver high impact campaigns
  • Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative paid media strategies that align with business objectives and drive long-term growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyse complex issues, develop creative solutions, and make sound, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sophisticated, full-funnel marketing campaigns that connect with target audiences across a variety of platforms including social (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn), YouTube, display, and programmatic
  • Leverage advanced audience segmentation, personalized messaging, and A/B testing methodologies to optimize reach and efficiency across digital channels
  • Manage and optimize significant media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels, rigorous monitoring of performance, and delivery required return on investment (ROI)
  • Partner with the Analytics team to establish robust measurement frameworks, define key performance indicators (KPIs), generate comprehensive performance reports, and translate data into actionable insights for continuous optimization and growth
  • Collaborate closely with in-house creative teams to provide direction, feedback, and data-driven insights, ensuring the development of high-impact ad creatives that achieve campaign objectives
  • Proactively stay ahead of the latest paid media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies, to maintain a competitive edge and drive future growth
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key advertising platforms, staying informed about new features and beta opportunities, and advocating for our needs
