Summary

Join TribalVision's growing paid search team as a Senior Paid Search Manager! Lead and mentor a team of two, while strategically managing a premier client account with a large media budget. You will develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies, optimize campaigns through A/B testing, and stay ahead of industry advancements. This role requires strong leadership, client communication, and analytical skills, along with extensive experience in paid search marketing. Remote/hybrid work options are available in select states.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of paid marketing experience with at least 2 years within an agency setting and in a client-facing role
  • Experience in navigating high-stakes client conversations, such as presenting performance drops or defending strategic pivots
  • 1-2 years of experience managing/leading paid media teams or departments
  • Experience supporting e-commerce clients, including feed management and optimization
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including PMax, Shopping, Display, YouTube/Video, and traditional paid search
  • Ability to manage multi-market accounts
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale media budgets ($500K+ per month)
  • Experience with Google Local Service Ads
  • Experience with advanced conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager or other platforms
  • Executive-level reporting experience along with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract insights from performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Ability to think holistically across various channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic
  • High attention to detail along with excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients, projects, and campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • A problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and delivering solutions

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership, support, and training to the paid search team, mentoring junior team members, refining the team’s approach and processes, and elevating their paid search expertise in collaboration with the Director of Media
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Deeply immerse yourself in each client's business, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and drive impactful results
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with client performance goals
  • Design and implement comprehensive A/B testing roadmaps to optimize campaign performance and enhance efficiency
  • Stay at the forefront of paid search advancements, AI-driven automation, and new technologies to continually refine and enhance account management and performance
  • Oversee all aspects of paid search account management, including ad copy and creative development, bidding strategies, budget management, search query optimization, product feed management, and audience targeting
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to internal teams and clients, leveraging data-driven insights to tell a compelling performance story

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday, or ClickUp
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and how to integrate them into paid search tactics
  • Expertise with predictive analytics and automated workflows
  • Familiarity with other paid media platforms & tactics, such as paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and programmatic
