Requirements
- 3+ years of diverse revenue cycle management experience - verification of benefits, Insurance AR, and/or payment posting
- Demonstrated knowledge of insurance benefit terminology (copay, coinsurance, deductible, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience utilizing EHR / CRM tools (Salesforce, AMD, payer portals (e.g., Availity) etc.)
- Experience creating process guides / training materials
