Summary

Join Match Group as a Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe! Based in Paris, this role manages payroll for 300 employees across various entities in 7 countries. You'll handle all aspects of payroll processing, verify data, manage HR administration, and support employee onboarding/offboarding. Requirements

  • Over 5 years of overall experience
  • Proven experience in French payroll
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Versatility and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and enter variable payroll elements (all types of absences, overtime, bonuses, on-call duties, etc.)
  • Verify payroll data (semi-outsourced payroll, communication with service providers)
  • Manage HR administration for Europe and act as a backup for French administration
  • Handle administrative procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding (employment contracts, certificates, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing equity plans
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of Workday
  • Familiarity with SOX audit requirements
  • Experience in international payroll management (handling payroll across 7 European countries)
