Summary
Join Match Group as a Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe and manage the payroll for 300 employees across various entities. Based in Paris, this role offers a hybrid work model with up to 3 days of remote work per week. Responsibilities include collecting and processing payroll data, verifying payroll information, managing HR administration, and handling employee onboarding/offboarding procedures. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, proven French payroll expertise, fluent English, and strong organizational skills. Additional experience in equity plans, cross-functional collaboration, and international payroll management is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and enter variable payroll elements (all types of absences, overtime, bonuses, on-call duties, etc.)
- Verify payroll data (semi-outsourced payroll, communication with service providers)
- Manage HR administration for Europe and act as a backup for French administration
- Handle administrative procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding (employment contracts, certificates, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing equity plans
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Workday
- Familiarity with SOX audit requirements
- Experience in international payroll management (handling payroll across 7 European countries)
