Senior Performance Management Specialist

Summary

Join Ideals, a global B2B SaaS company, as a Performance Management Specialist working remotely from India. Partner with business leaders worldwide to ensure smooth execution and improvement of performance management practices. Collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and the USA, reporting to the Head of Talent Development. Your expertise in KPIs and passion for innovation will shape performance measurement and elevation during a critical growth stage. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance management system and KPIs. Train and coach managers to drive high performance and manage tools for performance and OKR management.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in performance management (3+ years), including all components of the annual performance management cycle and performance measurement (KPIs)
• Demonstrated thought leadership, staying abreast of performance management trends to advise business leaders strategically
• Exceptional communication skills to partner with global business leaders
• Proficiency in English (C1)
• Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office
• Attention to detail for accuracy in data, reporting, and stakeholder communications

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve the performance management system and KPIs to drive clarity on expectations, improve business impact measurement and inspire high performance
• Train and coach managers to drive high performance
• Manage and administer tools used for performance and OKR management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with the OKR framework
• Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company
