Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a backend software engineer
• Very good knowledge of PHP 8
• Experience with other backend languages like Java, C#, Kotlin, Go is a big plus
• Practiced the OOP paradigm, knows and applies SOLID principles
• Solid understanding in applying DDD to API-first, high-traffic, multi-tenant architectures
• Experience on large-scale software projects and distributed, highly-available and customer-facing platforms
• Cares about code quality
• Able to independently create readable, testable code in accordance with standards
• Familiar with web application security issues
• Comfortable to discuss architectural decisions and proposed design solutions
• Experienced communicating with business representatives
• Understands customer requirements and able to deliver relevant business value
• Speaks English well (B2+) and Polish (B1/B2)
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
