Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, Senior DevOps Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong programming skills in Golang (preferred), Java, or TypeScript
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Crossplane, or Pulumi
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems
  • Advanced CI/CD expertise, including Tekton, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
  • Observability & Monitoring: Experience with Grafana, Jaeger, Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools
  • Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), enabling self-service infrastructure and developer productivity
  • Strong scripting & automation skills (Bash, IaC tools, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate scalable, cloud-native platforms and infrastructure
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, orchestration, and configuration using Terraform, Crossplane, and Kubernetes
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable software delivery
  • Ensure security, reliability, and compliance, embedding best practices into infrastructure and automation
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance, proactively addressing incidents and ensuring high availability
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, rapidly responding to changes and scaling infrastructure as required
  • Own technical incidents under pressure, providing expert support and root cause resolution
  • Document architectures, workflows, and best practices to enable knowledge sharing and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Active GitHub profile with meaningful contributions to open-source projects, personal projects, or tech blogs
  • Ability to complete mini-projects, demos, or proof-of-concepts (PoCs) as part of the interview process
  • Contributions to the Kubernetes ecosystem, CNCF projects, or participation in KubeCon and other cloud-native events
  • Experience with emerging cloud-native technologies and a passion for continuous learning
