Requirements

  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MSc degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
  • Deep expertise in: Kubernetes administration (CKA or similar certifications are a plus)
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Strong experience with: CI/CD tools (especially GitHub Actions)
  • Helm charts and package management
  • Monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Linux system administration

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy and manage scalable, multi-node Kubernetes clusters (on-premises, AWS EKS, Azure AKS)
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient, and highly available, supporting auto-scaling where applicable
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enable fast and reliable deployment cycles
  • Work with IT and Support teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure
  • Exposure to MLOps workflows and large language model (LLM) deployment
  • Experience provisioning Kubernetes clusters on bare metal or virtual machines (e.g. using kubeadm, Cluster API, or similar tools)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (both verbal & written)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Team player, self-motivated, constantly seeking new knowledge
