Requirements
- 5+ years in premium auditing, with significant experience in WC and multi-state audits
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Accounting, or Insurance-related field preferred, or commensurate experience
- Advanced knowledge of WC guidelines (NCCI/WCIRB)
- Advanced knowledge of industry audit systems NEXUS, AUSUM, Insurity, or PATS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Execute high-value, multi-state Workers' Compensation audits, including test state audits (CA, FL, OR, AK)
- Manage and resolve complex or unique audit disputes
- Oversee the review and reconciliation of audits, particularly in complex jurisdictions like California (WCIRB)
- Develop training sessions and identify process improvements
- Provide support and guidance to Premium Audit team members
Preferred Qualifications
Certification with WCIRB, PAAS TAP, or APA
