Senior Premium Auditor

Summary

Requirements

• 5+ years in premium auditing, with significant experience in WC and multi-state audits
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Insurance-related field preferred, or commensurate experience
• Advanced knowledge of WC guidelines (NCCI/WCIRB)
• Advanced knowledge of industry audit systems NEXUS, AUSUM, Insurity, or PATS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute high-value, multi-state Workers' Compensation audits, including test state audits (CA, FL, OR, AK)
• Manage and resolve complex or unique audit disputes
• Oversee the review and reconciliation of audits, particularly in complex jurisdictions like California (WCIRB)
• Develop training sessions and identify process improvements
• Provide support and guidance to Premium Audit team members

Preferred Qualifications

Certification with WCIRB, PAAS TAP, or APA
