Senior Process Mechanical Estimator

Summary

The job is for a Fully Remote Senior Process Mechanical Estimator with Water/Wastewater Experience to work on high profile, $20 million to $1 billion programs with various California water infrastructure agencies. The candidate should have over 15 years of estimating experience and prior experience working on California water agency projects is a plus.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering and/or Construction Management or related field desired
• 10-15+ years of related experience estimating water/wastewater projects (water/wastewater treatment capital improvement projects, pump stations, dams, pipelines, and so on) with values of $100 Million or more
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with fellow estimators, architects, engineers, and owners

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate construction and project cost estimates from conceptual design through project close out
• Excellent take off skills with OST, Bluebeam, Timberline, Revit or similar software
• Construction phase, change order, estimating and negotiation
• Value engineering

Preferred Qualifications

Accredited CPE, P.Q.S., RICS, or AACE accreditation preferable
