Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics in a SaaS environment
- 4+ years of strong working knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau
- Experience with product analytics tools, such as Heap
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex datasets
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling the clear and effective presentation of complex ideas and findings
- Proven ability to manage and work on multiple projects or initiatives concurrently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
- Self-direction and leadership skills, with the capacity to take ownership of projects
- A passion for knowledge, a personal drive for excellence, and a positive, collaborative attitude
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Systems, Data Science, or a relevant quantitative discipline). Master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Help management and product team understand ongoing product performance by translating data into meaningful information that informs business decisions and strategies; identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Function as a power user and administrator of our product analytics tool, Heap
- Proficiently query databases using Snowflake and dbt to extract and manipulate data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and maintain data visualization solutions, adhering to best practices and using tools like Tableau, to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that help stakeholders interpret complex data
- Contribute to data modeling efforts, ensuring that data structures align with business requirements and analytical goals
- Develop and maintain standards for product tracking and reporting
