Remote Senior Product Counsel

As a strategic partner, you will provide counsel and support to the Health, Product, and Supply Chain teams in a dynamic maturing startup environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall professional working experience
• At least 2 years at a reputable law firm
• 3+ years house directly advising senior leadership clients on complex commercial, business, and transactional matters
• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school (or foreign equivalent) with membership in good standing in a U.S. State Bar
• Demonstrated expertise in HIPAA regulations and privacy laws

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's overall legal strategy, aligning it with our business objectives and growth plans
• Provide legal partnership, guidance, and proactive risk reduction strategies to our teams
• Develop form contracts for use by various business units, and manage the ongoing review, drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts
