Senior Product Design Leader

Requirements

• Experience managing and growing product designers at all levels
• A strong track record designing and building high-growth consumer-facing products
• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• Strong UX, visual design, and communication skills—you know how to craft a great experience and tell the story behind it
• Experience working closely with product and engineering in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of designers, ensuring high-quality execution and impact at speed
• Define and drive design strategy in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, keeping teams aligned on shared goals
• Foster a culture of craft and storytelling, setting a high bar for UX, visual design, and user advocacy
• Bring clarity to ambiguity, especially in projects that require cross-functional collaboration or organizational change
• Coach and mentor designers, helping them grow their skills and impact
• Experiment and innovate, using research, data, and direct client insights to improve features and drive growth
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing to create seamless, compelling experiences
• Scale and resource your team effectively, making sure they have what they need to succeed
