Requirements
- Experience managing and growing product designers at all levels
- A strong track record designing and building high-growth consumer-facing products
- Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Strong UX, visual design, and communication skillsβyou know how to craft a great experience and tell the story behind it
- Experience working closely with product and engineering in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of designers, ensuring high-quality execution and impact at speed
- Define and drive design strategy in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, keeping teams aligned on shared goals
- Foster a culture of craft and storytelling, setting a high bar for UX, visual design, and user advocacy
- Bring clarity to ambiguity, especially in projects that require cross-functional collaboration or organizational change
- Coach and mentor designers, helping them grow their skills and impact
- Experiment and innovate, using research, data, and direct client insights to improve features and drive growth
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing to create seamless, compelling experiences
- Scale and resource your team effectively, making sure they have what they need to succeed
