Senior Product Designer

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally with a track record of taking consumer products from zero to one and scaling them
• Extensive experience designing for web and native mobile apps, particularly in consumer-facing products
• Top-notch design craft and ability to ideate rapidly and produce high-quality design concepts
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate your design decisions, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively across teams
• A passion for user-centric design and a knack for balancing business impact with user needs
• A growth mindset and comfort with experimentation, learning from both successes and failures
• A collaborative, humble approach—you thrive in feedback-rich environments and enjoy helping others improve

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the design team, engineers, marketing and customer success team to tackle complex design challenges
• Create intuitive, data-informed experiences that engage users, streamline community building, and support our growth goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with community or social platforms
• A deep understanding of the data-driven design process, with experience in cohort analysis, Amplitude, Google Analutand other tracking tools to inform design decisions
