We are seeking a Senior Product Designer passionate about creating intuitive user experiences. You will be responsible for UI/UX design, working across teams to research, design, and execute products. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and data interpretation skills. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product design in user facing SaaS platforms
- A proven track record in senior design positions, working across all stages of product development from early-stage discovery to implementation
- Fluency with design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, InVision)
- Deep empathy for the users that you design for, and a proven ability to orient others around the needs and pain points of those users
- Confidence and communication skills to effectively convey and defend the rationale behind your design decisions to a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback to make data-driven decisions
- A portfolio showcasing your proven ability to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions that resonate with and delight users
Responsibilities
- Create impactful user experiences by translating complex challenges into intuitive, end-to-end solutions that enhance our usersβ journey
- Drive ideas from concept to launch by applying design skills across all stages - problem definition, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and visual designs
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to influence product strategy and deliver solutions that align with business goals, technical requirements, and user needs
- Communicate design decisions clearly, presenting insights and recommendations across teams to ensure alignment and understanding of design choices
- Incorporate data and feedback into design workflows, leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data to refine and elevate user experiences
- Work independently and efficiently to meet project timelines, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Partner closely with development to ensure designs are executed with precision and consistency throughout the implementation process
- Enhance design processes and standards by actively contributing to the advancement of our design practices, tools, and knowledge base
