Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes
• Experience working in Agile development processes

Responsibilities

• Own the design process for specific product areas, including high-impact initiatives critical to business growth and user engagement
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product goals into innovative and scalable design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements, focusing on driving measurable outcomes
• Ensure design consistency and coherence across the entire product by leveraging and contributing to the design system
• Elevate the design culture by mentoring junior designers, sharing best practices, and promoting cross-functional collaboration
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve the user experience, leveraging data and feedback to iterate on designs
• Stay updated on industry trends and design processes to keep the team at the forefront of modern design
