Summary
Join Boldare's #BoldareTeam, a community of product builders, as a Senior Product Designer. This remote or hybrid role (requiring one weekly on-site day in Warsaw, Krakรณw, Wrocลaw, or Gliwice) offers a salary of 16,000-23,000 PLN net (B2B) or 13,400-19,000 PLN gross. You'll design web and mobile applications, build design systems, conduct user research, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience, advanced Figma skills, and a strong understanding of UX strategy and behavioral economics. Regular business trips are expected.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product design
- Proven track record in designing web and mobile applications, including a robust portfolio showcasing your work
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and experience building and maintaining design systems
- Deep understanding of UX strategy, information architecture, and user flow creation
- Proficiency in applying principles of behavioral economics in design
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience in product metrics and validation methods
- Excellent facilitation skills for workshops like Design Sprints
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Polish (B2+level)
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and maintain consistent communication with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-changing environments
- Remote or hybrid work from offices in Warsaw, Krakรณw, Wrocลaw, or Gliwice (on-site work required once a week)
Responsibilities
- Designing web and mobile applications, incorporating the latest UX/UI trends and practices
- Creating and maintaining design systems, building scalable and efficient components in Figma
- Developing UX strategies and information architecture for digital products
- Crafting user flows and prototypes that address user needs and business goals
- Applying principles of behavioral economics to increase user engagement
- Adapting design solutions to align with client branding and style guidelines
- Conducting user research (desk research, interviews, and usability testing)
- Using data-driven approaches: formulating hypotheses, defining, and measuring product metrics
- Validating design solutions through testing and data analysis
- Analyzing user behavior based on psychology and behavioral economics principles
- Facilitating design workshops such as Product Discovery and Design Sprints
- Translating business objectives into concrete product solutions
- Working within interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with developers to implement designs
- Collaborating with clients to identify product needs and priorities
- Ensuring visual and logical consistency throughout the product
- Documenting work transparently to support effective team communication
- Solving complex design and user experience challenges
- Testing and iterating designs based on feedback
- Adapting projects to dynamically changing requirements
- Face-to-face meetings with clients and the team (which are highly valuable for us). Regular business trips are standard at Boldare. With some partners we meet once a month, with others every six months. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings
