Requirements
- Have 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, conversion, or acquisition design
- Have a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user acquisition, activation, retention, or revenue metrics
- Work quickly with an iterative design philosophy that uses rapid prototyping and testing
- Have experience designing for B2B or enterprise products
- Have experience with A/B testing and experiment design
- Apply a data-driven decision making approach to design with a focus on driving business and growth metrics
- Are self-directed with ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively
- Embrace failure and appreciate the learning opportunity from experiments that don't succeed
- Are highly collaborative and thrive in a remote-first environment
- Are comfortable occasionally adapting your schedule to conduct user research with customers in different time zones
- Are highly proficient in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign of critical user journeys including our trial, free Developer plan, and upgrade experiences
- Design and implement rapid experiments aimed at improving conversion metrics across the product
- Analyze user behavior data and session recordings to identify friction points and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to execute a cohesive growth strategy
- Establish frameworks for measuring design impact on key business metrics
- Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and sharing insights across the organization
- Develop scalable growth design patterns that can be applied consistently throughout the product
- Coach and mentor others in growth-focused design principles and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Are familiar with product analytics tools
- Have knowledge of dbt and data engineering workflows
- Have experience growing self-service revenue in a B2B SaaS product
- Have developed systems to quickly gather and integrate user feedback
