Summary
Join Fullstory's UX team as a Senior Product Designer and lead design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences. You will lead design for large projects, own the design process using customer insights and product data, level up user experience through design reviews and system contributions, participate in customer research, and effectively communicate design decisions. This remote role requires 5+ years of experience as a product designer in a B2B SaaS company, proficiency in all aspects of the design process, experience conducting UX research and design sprints, and a strong portfolio showcasing software work and problem-solving. The salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 USD. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, including experience working at a B2B SaaS company
- Proficiency in all aspects of the design process including research, low and high fidelity design, rapid prototyping, and working with design systems
- Experience conducting User Experience Research activities and design sprints independently
- A strong portfolio showcasing iterative software work and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience leading design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for large projects from opportunity to implementation, working closely with cross-functional partners to frame problems and deliver solutions
- Own the design process across projects, making use of customer insight and product data to inform decisions
- Level up the user experience by participating in design reviews, adding to the design system, meeting UX gating criteria, and advocating for loveable over minimal products
- Participate in customer research to understand needs and validate solutions
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system while advocating for better and simpler product experiences
- Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders across the organization
