Requirements

• Experience working on B2B/enterprise software products
• Experience designing tools and services for developers or other highly technical users
• Ability to synthesize business and product strategic priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations into pragmatic, cohesive, scalable design solutions
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with highly distributed cross-functional teams to ship and evolve in an iterative fashion while keeping the end design vision in mind
• Experience coaching and mentoring other designers

Responsibilities

Design user experiences for Grafana and other open-source projects within the Grafana ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to rapidly gain an understanding of a technical domain and associated customer needs and user workflows in order to design effective experiences within that domain
• Domain knowledge or experience related to observability

Benefits

• Base compensation range for this role is SEK 654,251 - SEK 785,101. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process
