Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Hightouch's product design team as a Craft Specialist and significantly impact the product's look and feel. Collaborate with engineers to develop platform-wide patterns, set animation and interaction standards, and ensure accessibility across the application. You will work as a brand designer, enhancing the app's visual appeal for a consistent customer experience. This role requires 4+ years of experience designing user-friendly features in a technical space, expertise in Figma and prototyping, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset and excels in teamwork. This is a remote-friendly position based in North America.

Requirements

• 4 years of full-time product design experience
• Located and working in North America
• High-quality craft: Finely tuned visual, UI, and interaction skills for web-based applications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a small team of talented engineers to develop patterns across the platform and all of our products
• Set standards for animations, interactions, and delightful details
• Go deeper on accessibility than just color, text sizes, and semantic tagging. You’ll ensure tab indexes and keyboard interactions are optimized to serve all of our users
• Work as a brand designer within the product, enhancing the look and feel across the app to provide customers with a consistent and delightful experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in a technical space. Bonus points if you’ve worked on B2B data products
