• Comfortable working with tools like Figma and Miro in a collaborative, remote environment

Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful tools that help clinics manage billing and insurance tasks like claim submissions, eligibility checks, and prior authorizations
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape the direction of Jane’s Billing experience
• Improve onboarding and setup flows to make it easier for clinics to get started with insurance in Jane
• Lead research and discovery to ensure solutions are grounded in real user needs
• Contribute to the growth of the design practice at Jane through mentorship, collaboration, and sharing your craft
