Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Kiln, a leading enterprise-grade rewards platform, as a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the development of enterprise dashboards and retail apps. You will own design processes end-to-end, build and maintain a design system, and collaborate with product and marketing teams. As the first in-house designer, you will establish design foundations and handle both product and marketing design responsibilities. The role requires strong UX/UI design experience, familiarity with the crypto industry, and experience with design systems and user research. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as Product Designer or UX/UI Designer , creating and shipping digital products for web and mobile
• Background experience in BtoB SaaS industry — preferably FinTech or Cyrpto
• Familiarity with the crypto industry (staking, DeFi, portfolio, wallets)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Experience in graphic design and visual content creation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with fast-paced, iterative product development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities

Responsibilities

• Own the design processes end-to-end for new products and features in close collaboration with product managers
• Build and maintain a future-proof design system for Kiln products
• Maintain design file integrity and ensure alignment with production applications
• Work independently and collaboratively with Product and Marketing teams on experiences, campaigns, graphic concepts, assets, and visual treatments
• Create UI mockups and click-through demos with the Product Team
• Assist the marketing team with new product launches, technical reports, infographics, marketing campaigns and event designs
• Champion design excellence, elevate our design standards, and inspire a culture of exceptional, user-centric design across Kiln

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience in motion design and animations
• Genuine interest in Web3, blockchain , cryptocurrency, and smart contracts
