Senior Product Designer, Remote - Germany

Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Designer at Xayn, a Berlin-based Legal AI startup that focuses on secure, sovereign, and sustainable AI systems. Requirements

• Hands-on mentality and extensive experience in UX/UI design
• Midlevel to Early Senior experience, including Research, Usability-Tests and UX/UI
• Balanced competence in UI design (around 40%) and UX design (around 50%) as well as experience in research
• Proficient German language skills and the ability to communicate professionally with lawyers
• Optimal experience of 5–7 years in Product Design

Responsibilities

• Development and Integration of Legal-AI applications, including the Legal Copilot for Jurists
• Design of user experiences and support in the creation of effective prompts
• Development of a comprehensive software solution and user-friendly chat interfaces
• Work on complex products and design intuitive interfaces for SaaS/B2B applications
• Close collaboration with development teams and building of design systems

Preferred Qualifications

AI experience is not a must, but knowledge of technologies like Gemini or ChatGPT and strong interest in AI are desired
