Summary

The Senior Product Designer at Lightci will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products. They will create personas, information architecture, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that follow interaction design and usability best practices. The role requires 3-5+ years of product design experience, expertise using Figma, experience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components, user research methods and tools, and extensive client-facing experience.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context
• Expertise using Figma
• Experience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components
• Experience with user research methods and tools
• Extensive client-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Create personas, information architecture, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that follow interaction design and usability best practices
• Work with clients and internal project teams to promote the benefits of accessibility and usability best practices
• Produce clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams that communicate the rationale behind your designs
• Deliver useful and delightful solutions that meet our clients’ needs and requirements
• Form solid working relationships with our clients
• Increase awareness of the value of user experience design and research internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications

• EdTech, FinTech, Telco or HealthTech experience
• Familiarity with WCAG and other accessibility guidelines and standards
