Summary
Join Lingraphica, a mission-driven organization, as a Product Designer focusing on a new self-service portal and internal system improvements. You will lead information architecture and UX design for complex systems, collaborating with developers and stakeholders. The role requires expertise in UX design for complex systems and creating intuitive, efficient experiences. You will conduct user research, create design assets, and maintain a scalable internal design system. This fully remote U.S.-based role involves occasional travel. Requirements
- 4-6 years' experience in the following areas
- Portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design, preferably with experience designing internal systems and enterprise tools
- Proficient in Figma or similar design tools; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG 2.1+); experience designing inclusive interfaces preferred
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail; self-starter who takes ownership
- Bachelorβs degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience also considered
Responsibilities
- Lead information architecture and UX design for complex system workflows to improve usability, efficiency, and scalability
- Design simple, intuitive, and consistent experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand employee needs, pain points, and areas of opportunity across internal systems
- Conduct user research and usability testing with internal teams to guide improvements and enhancements
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and system improvements
- Maintain and evolve a scalable internal design system to ensure consistency across internal platforms
- Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and adherence to accessibility standards
- Support internal adoption of new tools or system updates by designing intuitive onboarding flows and documentation
- Stay informed on enterprise UX trends, information architecture methodologies, internal system design best practices, and cross-platform consistency
