Requirements

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Report to the Head of Product. Provide design leadership to a cross-functional team through the full development cycle
• Collaboration: Work with product managers and engineers across two squads. Own the entire design process—from user research to final product
• Data-Driven Design: Use quantitative and qualitative data to shape and evaluate design alternatives

Preferred Qualifications

• We’d love to talk more if you have: 4+ years of designing digital products and systems for web-based apps and native mobile apps. Strong visual and interaction design skills with the ability to solve complex UX flows
• Preferred: Experience in early-stage startups. Experience designing solutions to meet the complex needs of providers, patients, and health plans in the US healthcare ecosystem
• Preferred: Experience working in a distributed technology team using modern product development methodologies
