Requirements

• 5+ years of UI and UX experience
• Ability to discover users' true needs even when they don't understand it themselves
• Ownership and ability to move important design initiatives forward
• HTML, CSS, and some Javascript skills (enough to code finishing touches, small improvements, and prototypes)
• U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Solve complex military planning problems
• Develop a seamless, end-to-end planning tool
• Travel and partner with military planners from around the world
• Empathize with military planners' needs and translate them into design solutions
