Senior Product Designer

Summary

As a Product Designer at Onebrief, you will solve complex military planning problems, travel to partner with military planners worldwide, and work on UX, UI, and user research for an end-to-end planning tool. You'll report directly to the CTO and co-founder.

Requirements

• Has worked on B2B/SaaS projects where innovative design was vital to their success
• Full-stack designer with tons of UI and UX experience (5+ years)
• Can discover what users truly need even when they don't understand it themselves
• Takes ownership and always finds a way to move important design initiatives forward
• Can handle HTML, CSS, and some Javascript (enough to code finishing touches, small improvements, and prototypes yourself)

Responsibilities

• Solve complex military planning problems and help develop a seamless, end-to-end planning tool
• Travel and partner with military planners from around the world, empathize with their needs, and translate those into design solutions
• Work across UX, UI, and user research and cover all facets of the product, from defining ground-up new features to shaping our design system

Experience with creative support, data visualization, or modern collaboration
