Requirements

• Experience designing for web
• Experience designing for enterprise, or have solved for very complex and ambiguous spaces
• Strong interaction design and systems thinking
• The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others
• An appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers
• Led user research and can link research findings to designs
• Great visual design skills
• The ability to manage time effectively and can self-direct to deliver against agreed-upon commitments
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in an agile environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions
• Experience working with remote teams
• Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that give restaurateurs seamless ways to manage administrative tools —such as Integrations and Menus– enhancing their restaurant’s operation and growth
• Identify new product enhancements and opportunities using systems thinking to scale solutions across our platform
• Become an expert in restaurant operator workflows by facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff
