Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Oppizi, a bootstrapped, profitable offline performance marketing platform, and help shape the future of offline performance marketing. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of 20-30 members across 10+ countries. You will be responsible for designing impactful products, leading the design process, conducting user research, and collaborating cross-functionally. The role requires 5+ years of experience in product design for tech startups and expertise in UI design. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design for tech startups, preferably in high-pressure or bootstrapped environments
• Proven ability to create user-centered and visually engaging designs
• Familiarity with agile development and collaborating with squads/cross-functional remote teams
• Strong expertise in UI design, including improving usability and aesthetics
• Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and testing
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Design Impactful Products: Understand the business context, user needs, and data to make informed design decisions that balance user value with business goals
• Own the Design Process: Lead all stages of design, from concept to final delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Startup Mindset: Embrace a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to build and refine features that deliver measurable results for users and the business
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements, conduct product discovery, and ensure design feasibility
• User Research: Conduct user research and testing (in English) to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Prototype & Iterate: Rapidly prototype, test, and refine designs to achieve optimal outcomes
• Design Systems: Create and maintain scalable design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve design processes and share best practices to elevate team capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating or maintaining design systems
• Knowledge of tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms
