Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software
• Experience working independently from concept to implementation
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems
• Proficiency in prototyping your ideas for complex interactions
• Care deeply about component-based design systems
• Can reduce highly complex problems to their essential tradeoffs and neatly make decisions

Responsibilities

• Create designs and prototypes for Polycam’s mobile and web apps
• Participate in customer interviews to understand how Polycam’s users’ needs are currently being met (or not)
• Parse analytics and usage data to gather evidence about user patterns
• Help us evolve and maintain the design system across mobile and web
• Work in a highly collaborative fashion with engineers to ensure clarity in how your designs are implemented and used
• Contribute to overall product strategy and direction
• Consistently find ways to make 3D easy for anyone to use
