Requirements

• Proven experience in web-based CRO, with a knack for increasing user engagement and boosting paid conversions
• Strong skills in modern mobile app product design, with a focus on monetization-friendly UX/UI
• Proficient in using UX research, and data analytics to guide design decisions
• A perfect candidate would have 5+ years of experience in world-class consumer products and a proven track record in enhancing monetization
