Summary

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design
  • Proven experience balancing both project-based product design work and significant contributions to design systems, with a deep understanding and practical experience with design tokens
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the design process from discovery and research through ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design
  • Demonstrated experience designing for complex B2B SaaS/PaaS products
  • Expertise in crafting seamless and intuitive user flows and complex interactions
  • Deep understanding and proficiency with Figma
  • Expertise in complex interaction design and a robust ability to think at a systems level
  • Comprehensive understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and information architecture
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, CX, GTM, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • 5+ years of related Quality Engineering, Software Engineering experience
  • Javascript experience required
  • Strong attention to detail, and ownership of product quality
  • Experience writing test plans and test cases is required
  • Experience in analyzing logs using APM tools such as DataDog, New Relic, Observe, etc

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution and expansion of our design system, ensuring consistency across the platform
  • Drive the development of our component library, which will be utilized directly by our customers
  • Design and enhance experiences related to our logic builder and workflow builder
  • Take ownership of significant product design initiatives, guiding them from conception through to release and post-launch optimization
  • Translate user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities into intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of our design system and processes
  • Determine test case candidates for automation, providing the appropriate validation as defined in the test case
  • Write automated integration, API, and/or UI tests to be included in the regression suite
  • Participate in executing manual test cases, where required as well as release regression testing
  • Review acceptance criteria and discuss with the developers to determine unit test case coverage
  • Update and maintain an automated regression test suite while expanding UI & API functional test coverage
  • Contribute to our test frameworks and services
  • Contribute to our long-term vision and strategy for QA and Test Automation
  • Make testing an integral part of the development process
  • Report bugs and follow them through the complete bug life cycle
  • Understand system performance / load requirements and coordinate testing
  • Mentor / Lead junior QA engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the QA function

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developer platforms or with developer experience is a significant plus
  • CodeceptJS & K6 experience is a plus
  • Experience with testing Artificial Intelligence LLMs is a plus
