Remote Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Z2Data as a Senior Product Designer and drive the user experience and design strategy across our platform. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience and aesthetic consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in enterprise software, supply chain tools, or data management industries
• Strong proficiency in Figma or other user interface design tools
• Proven experience in leading UI/UX initiatives for complex, data-driven applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with designing B2B or enterprise applications, with an emphasis on usability and clarity
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Exceptional ability to present and communicate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy, ensuring that the visual and interaction design meets both business goals and customer expectations
• Prioritize design work and roadmap items that improve usability and customer satisfaction
• Own the end-to-end design process from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Create compelling, easy-to-use interfaces that enhance user workflows
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design implementation
• Gather user feedback and conduct user testing to inform design decisions
