Responsibilities

• Identify User Needs and Conduct Research: Analyze user requirements, conduct research, and perform usability testing to craft data-driven, user-centered solutions that drive the creation of impactful features
• Design, prototype, and collaborate: Create wireframes that inspire collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams, seamlessly translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into cutting-edge design solutions
• Develop User Flows & Architecture: Design user flows and information architecture for seamless navigation and interactions with blockchain applications
• Maintain a Cohesive Design System: Contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across desktop and mobile platforms
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with Web3 industry trends and best practices to enhance the user experience of our products and services
• Lead Complex Design Challenges: Drive the end-to-end resolution of complex design problems, turning user insights and data into innovative solutions
