Senior Product Designer - Blocks

Summary

Join Typeform’s Product Design team as a Product Designer to contribute to the growth of our Marketing SKU. You will focus on enhancing the core blocks and submissions flow, aiming to boost activation rates and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with a high-functioning, cross-functional team, working alongside a Principal Product Designer, product managers, engineers, and researchers. This role involves improving the core blocks experience, creating visually appealing UX/UI designs, conducting user research, facilitating design workshops, and leveraging the Design System. The position requires 5+ years of experience in digital product design within SaaS, strong visual design skills, proficiency in creating user-friendly interfaces, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for marketers or marketing tools and a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally within SaaS
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Confident working across the full design process, from discovery through execution
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and integrating feedback into your designs
• Proficient in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Familiarity with Design Systems and experience contributing to them
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly as needed
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Identify, execute, and iterate on ways to improve the core blocks experience and solve meaningful customer problems
• Create clean, visually compelling UX and UI designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design stakeholders
• Plan and run user research, with or without support from our Research function
• Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions
• Leverage and contribute to our Design System
• Work across product groups to deliver cohesive and thoughtful experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for marketers or marketing tools
• A solid portfolio that showcases your end-to-end design work
