Summary
Join Everlane's product team as a Senior Product Lead and collaborate with engineering, product, data, and digital design teams. Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, guiding teams to develop customer-focused strategies in consumer-facing companies
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and strategic discussions, with a history of bringing teams together around shared goals and facilitating impactful outcomes in executive meetings
- Experienced in managing Product Managers, inspiring and mentoring them to become effective leaders and strategic thinkers
- Analytical and methodical approach to challenges, using data and research to craft compelling arguments for detailed customer journeys
- Skilled in enhancing retail business systems for improved operations
- Proficient in steering product design to fulfill customer needs
- Empathetic team player, working effectively with diverse groups, including engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners
- Self-reliant and entrepreneurial, confidently forming and backing up positions and reasoning with little to no supervision
- Flexible and adaptable, able to accommodate a variable schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies focused on achieving specific outcomes, highlighting opportunities throughout the customer journey
- Collaborate and engage with teams across the company to address complex issues and align priorities
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, encouraging their growth as leaders, managers, and collaborative partners
- Prioritize customer needs, ensuring they guide decision-making while balancing the company's yearly goals
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and metrics, using data to inform strategic choices
- Direct the design process to ensure solutions align with customer expectations and objectives
- Motivate and unite a diverse group of stakeholders from various functions to solve customer issues effectively
- Plan and oversee feature development from conception to implementation, and assess outcomes for team and executive feedback
- Organize, prioritize, and prepare the technology organization's quarterly roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy
