Join BrandBastion, a company helping leading brands grow through social engagement, as a Senior Marketing & Demand Gen Manager. You will own the full marketing funnel, from brand communication and website to lead generation and revenue attribution. This role is crucial for generating qualified leads in mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll manage a team, external agencies, and execute campaigns across various channels. The position requires a builder's mindset, actively testing and crafting campaigns. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for building a 12-month marketing plan aligned with ARR goals. Requirements
- 5+ years progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience; 3+ on demand-gen or growth teams
- Proven track record scaling ARR from <$10 M to $25 M+ through integrated brand & demand programs
- Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot, paid media platforms and web analytics
- Strong storyteller able to translate technical features into business value and own media/PR narrative
- Data-obsessed: you instrument, analyse, and iterate based on funnel metrics, not instincts
- Prior management of external agencies and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent cross-functional communicator - comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, and Leadership
- A builderβs mindset: youβre not afraid to get hands-on with campaign launches, ad testing, event planning, or SEO audits
Responsibilities
- Build a 12-month marketing plan that aligns with ARR goals; evangelize data-driven, test-and-learn culture
- Translate our GTM vision into industry-vertical marketing plans, owning ICP definition and alignment across marketing and sales efforts
- Own end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns (paid social, SEM, email, webinars, ABM) β write briefs, QA creatives, launch ads, set up landing pages, report on performance
- Sharpen our positioning vs. key competitors; ensure consistent storytelling across web, social, PR, and sales collateral
- Work with Brand Marketing Manager on editorial calendar (blogs, case studies,, thought-leadership); manage PR firm / freelancer / internal efforts to land Tier-1 coverage
- Own site experience, CRO, SEO, and marketing tech stack
- Coach and develop in-house talent; set clear SLAs and goals for agencies; manage budget
- Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, partner activations, and field campaigns that support pipeline goals across enterprise and mid-market segments
