Summary
Join Inspiren, a company creating a platform to optimize senior living community operations, as a Senior Product Manager. You will champion the needs of staff users, driving strategic product development for staff-facing solutions. This pivotal role requires a strong B2B2C mindset and collaboration with various teams. You will manage the product roadmap, leverage data analytics, and ensure intuitive and efficient applications. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration)
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Demonstrated expertise in complex user experiences
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the needs, workflows, and challenges of senior living staff, translating these insights into actionable product strategies for our mobile and web applications
- Develop and execute a product strategy that balances the needs of the senior living communities (B2B) with the daily needs of their staff (B2C)
- Partner with data analytics to drive significant value for our staff users by leveraging data insights to improve app usability and feature effectiveness
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in staff-facing technology within the senior living sector
- Define and execute your product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on staff user needs, business goals, and market dynamics
- Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the impact of product initiatives on staff efficiency and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with data analytics, product design, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a start-up, and/or in health tech
- Experience working with AI powered products is a plus
Benefits
- The annual salary/OTE for this role is $180,000 - $205,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
