Summary

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in Product Management (edtech, marketplaces, or B2C mobile preferred)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams from launch to scale
  • Strong with product metrics and data-driven decisions
  • Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4)
  • Passion for education and user-focused products

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end student experience across AlGooru’s mobile app and website
  • Translate educational and business goals into user-centric product solutions
  • Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall learning success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless and impactful product features
  • Define and evolve the student product vision aligned with business goals
  • Build and manage product roadmaps and prioritize high-impact initiatives
  • Conduct research to guide retention-focused decisions
  • Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including web and app features
  • Convert vision into clear specs and user stories for development
  • Drive quality assurance, testing, and timely releases
  • Manage backlog and tech sprints for roadmap alignment
  • Own and optimize student-facing flows: onboarding, sessions, renewals, feedback, and support
  • Collaborate with mobile, acquisition, and retention teams
  • Improve self-serve flows to reduce support needs and boost conversions
  • Partner with CRM/data teams for segmentation and lifecycle messaging
  • Ensure product updates align with CRM, dashboards, and internal tools
  • Bridge product and ops for tutor-related student workflows
  • Define and monitor key product KPIs
  • Analyze usage data to identify and fix drop-offs
  • Promote A/B testing and feedback loops to validate changes

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with HubSpot, Intercom, and CleverTap
