Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join our team as we prepare to launch a new array of game-changing technologies on our successfully adopted platform. As the Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Director of Product and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve technical problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position
• Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define and validate both a roadmap and detailed product plans for your area of responsibility
• You have an in-depth understanding of building consumer products. Experience in mobile development or loyalty programs a plus

• You have had experience working with telephony API platforms such as Twilio & Braze, and understand best practices for communicating with consumers through these platforms
• You are technically strong with a passion for learning and self-improvement
• You have an in-depth understanding of building consumer products. Experience in mobile development or loyalty programs a plus
• B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position

Responsibilities

• Build products and features that help our medical aesthetic consumers learn about Allergan products, find providers, earn points and pay for their treatments
• Work closely on a daily basis with your team & your customers as you drive towards bringing product to life
• Be the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative solutions to consumer & business problems
• Work to deeply understand the jobs-to-be-done by our consumers and can translate that knowledge into prioritization and organization of tasks
• Clearly articulate how chosen solutions align with business objectives - as well as present tradeoffs between different solutions - in a way which will inspire confidence in both your leadership and the role of product within our organization
• Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
• Develop the strongest feature specs, user stories, and roadmaps of your career
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, interviews, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
• Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
• Monitor and report on product KPIs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
