Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on PLG B2B growth
  • Demonstrated ability to significantly influence key product metrics, including Activation, Engagement, Retention, and NPS
  • Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks and proficiency in analyzing experimental results
  • Previous experience in high-velocity product teams
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and developing engineering and design teams
  • Effective at influencing cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and other key stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills, able to decompose objectives into key results and initiatives, leading teams to deliver continuous value
  • Inquisitive and user-centric mindset, with a continual desire to understand market trends, user needs, and new opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for Apollo’s activation, monetization, and expansion efforts
  • Lead a cross-functional team including designers, engineers, researchers, and analysts to optimize processes and deliver significant results
  • Employ both quantitative analysis and qualitative research to make informed decisions that enhance the product experience
  • Define, track, report on, and optimize key success metrics for the application user experience
  • Collaborate with teams across product, growth, customer support, marketing, and sales to enhance user experience and ensure world-class onboarding and activation
