Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 8+ years of demonstrated success in Product Marketing
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in SaaS companies
  • Market knowledge: Strong understanding of the B2B Market in the UK and Europe
  • Marketing Lifecycle Knowledge: Strong understanding of the tools and processes required to manage the marketing lifecycle of new products or services
  • Global Experience: Previous experience working at a global company
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with UK & European regulatory compliance requirements
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence: Understand the changing and diverse regulatory & compliance landscape for various European markets and articulate those needs to our Product Management team
  • Market Fit: Understand customer use cases and provide continuous feedback to Product Management about customer requirements and strategies
  • Product Launch: Plan and launch new products and services in key target verticals and geographies, managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Product Customisation: Work with product management to customise packages and pricing for key market segments
  • Content Creation: Understand and create content for all buyer journey stages. Create outstanding technology presentations, data sheets, infographics, white papers, and customer case studies. Develop short, consumable product demonstrations to highlight Mitek’s market offerings
  • Sales Enablement : Support sales enablement by communicating your products' value proposition to the sales team and developing sales tools that support the selling process of those products
  • Marketing Program Execution: Execute multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require balancing strategic planning and high-speed tactical execution
  • Performance Analysis: Perform cost-benefit analysis for tied marketing activities, stack rank spending priorities, and measure overall results against plans for product marketing activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with road mapping tools such as Confluence (Jira) and Notion (Asana), content tools (such as High Spot), and customer outreach tools (such as Pendo)
  • Previous experience in the Identity, Financial, Fintech or Gaming industries
