Summary

Requirements

  • 5 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
  • Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles and the ability to coach and mentor peers as needed
  • In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle with excellence in defining, writing and testing requirements, acceptance criteria and definition of done
  • Superior relationship-building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments
  • Exceptional communication skills across business, technical and creative stakeholders
  • Proven ability driving progress in ambiguous environments
  • Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role
  • US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • Has been living in the US for at least the past 3 years
  • Successful candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government and must be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust

Responsibilities

  • Translate the needs of users and the business into digital product features
  • Calculate submitted measure data
  • Support the validation processes to ensure business requirements and policies are met
  • Improve the speed, accuracy, extendability, and manageability of eCQM and Clinical measure calculation engines for future submission periods and any downstream consumers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal training in a variety of agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe
  • 2+ years working on a remote team
  • Experience in a rapidly growing small business or startup environment
  • Prior professional services, government, or federal consulting experience
  • Experience building digital healthcare technology products and services
  • Experience working in the public sector or a highly regulated industry
  • Familiarity with accessibility requirements
