Summary

Requirements
- 5 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
- Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles and the ability to coach and mentor peers as needed
- In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle with excellence in defining, writing and testing requirements, acceptance criteria and definition of done
- Superior relationship-building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments
- Exceptional communication skills across business, technical and creative stakeholders
- Proven ability driving progress in ambiguous environments
- Prior experience with: Operating in a client-facing consulting or contracting role
- Prior experience with: Releasing products in a SaaS environment
- Prior experience with: Working in the Healthcare analytics space
- US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Has been living in the US for at least the past 3 years
- Successful candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government and must be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust
Responsibilities
- Translate the needs of users and the business into digital product features
- Support the creation and maintenance of Claims Based Reporting and data alignment, Star ratings, and the PSI Software portion of the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) site
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal training in a variety of agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe
- 2+ years working on a remote team
- Experience in a rapidly growing small business or startup environment
- Prior professional services, government, or federal consulting experience
- Experience building digital healthcare technology products and services
- Experience working in the public sector or a highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements
- Background in claims processing
- Has product knowledge of Python & R, data warehousing, data marts, ETL processing and reporting
- Healthcare experience in population health or payor experience
