You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the NetSuite product suite, driving solutioning, development, and evolution of product functionalities. This remote position, based in India, requires 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2-3 years focused on NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management with at least 2-3 years focused on NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- In-depth understanding of NetSuite ERP system, including modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement
- Experience working with cloud-based ERP solutions
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for enterprise software
- Strong experience in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Proficient in writing user stories, creating product roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on business impact
- Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with product analytics tools and customer feedback management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand customer needs and pain points and translate them into actionable product features
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the strategic roadmap of our products within NetSuite, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with leadership, and other key stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives
- Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Leverage data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Lead the creation of clear and actionable product requirements and user stories
- Work closely with management to translate requirements into detailed product specifications
- Partner with marketing, sales, functional and tech teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
- Act as the key liaison between product and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from initial ideation and design to post-launch evaluation and iteration
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, implementing continuous improvement processes
- Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product features
- Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning product features with customer needs and expectations
- Utilize data analytics to measure product success and make informed decisions
- Continuously evaluate product performance using KPIs and metrics
- Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
- Provide support for sales teams with product knowledge, collateral, and training
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in customer-facing roles
